TAC Foundation
ENTRANCE SCHOLARSHIPS
The TAC Foundation is proud to offer entrance scholarships to first-year students enrolled in transportation-related programs at 10 institutions across Canada:
- Ecole Polytechnique de Montréal (QC)
- Humber College (ON)
- McMaster University (ON)
- New Brunswick Community College (NB)
- Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (AB)
- Queens University (ON)
- Seneca College (ON)
- Université Laval (QC)
- University of British Columbia (BC)
- University of Waterloo (ON)
The TAC Foundation began awarding entrance scholarships in 2006 thanks to a significant donation from John and Dinah Emery. This donation established the entrance scholarship program, which contributes toward the Foundation’s goal of encouraging young, skilled people to consider transportation as a career.
Under this program, each participating institution is responsible for selecting a deserving first-year student, and provides him or her with a $1,000 scholarship.
